What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number and message. If your dog joins us, we also keep the notes we take at the intake meeting so we can care for it well.

How we use your details

We use your details to reply to you, arrange daycare and grooming, and look after your dog. We do not sell your details. We share them only where needed to run Paw House or where the law requires it.

How long we keep them

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to help you. Care notes are kept while your dog visits us, and removed when you ask or when they are no longer needed.
